lol yesHahahaha I like Orodreth too now! I think of him as the babiest baby who need to take over Nargothrond after Finrod died and it’s not easy to replace Finrod of course. It’s very very difficult to be compared to Finrod who always seemed too perfect. But he tried his hardest (even tho he always outshined fhl), and after C&C are out and Turin come over Nargothrond started to relive its glory and he started to feel better about being a king. Then suddenly those 2 messenger come over and basically fangirl-ed over Turgon and (well-intentionally) tell him how to secure his kingdom. I think he was very proud of how Nargothrond kicking ass at that time so he feel hurt that two strangers who didn’t know how hard he tried and how much he cared about Nargothrond suddenly just come and well… kinda told him that what he did was actually for the worse. Idk hahaha sorry I just ramble on and on about it, I just liked Orodreth even tho sadly it didn’t end up well at the end. BUT HE TRIED.
